• FOR SALE sign ordered
• Your listing will be introduced to the office sales staff at weekly meeting
• American Home Shield Warranty ordered if applicable
• Preferred Home Inspection ordered if applicable
• Property on www.prudentialpreferred.com and participating IDX brokers
• Virtual tour done of property
• Realtor tour scheduled
• Open house scheduled
• Open house ad submitted to local newspaper
• Invitations to open house mailed
• JUST LISTED postcards mailed
• Property brochure delivered to property for distribution to buyers
• Harmon Homes Magazine advertisement scheduled
• House of the Week ordered for Prudential Preferred home page
• Pittsburgh Business Times and/or Tribune Revenue ad scheduled
• Phone call weekly to Sellers
• Follow-up on showings
